Requesting a model

If a text-to-video model you use is missing from the catalog, tell us which one and what you use it for. We prioritise additions by request volume, so a short note about the workflow helps more than a one-line ask.

Corrections

Model specs change often and we would rather be corrected than be wrong. If a credit figure, clip length or capability on a model page is out of date, email models@flowaivideo.dev with the model and the field, and we will verify and update it.

Support hours

We are a small team covering most time zones. Paid plan questions are prioritised, but we answer free-tier questions too — there is no paywall on getting a reply.
