Acceptance

By creating an account or using FlowAIVideo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

FlowAIVideo provides access to third-party text-to-video models through a single account and credit balance, along with comparison tooling around them. We do not train or own the underlying models, and model availability, pricing and capabilities can change without notice.

Credits and billing

• Credits are consumed per generation at the rate shown on each model page.
• Failed generations are not charged; credits are returned automatically.
• Monthly plan credits reset each cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate content that is unlawful, that sexualises minors, that depicts real individuals without consent in a misleading or harmful way, or that infringes someone else's rights. You may not attempt to extract model weights, resell raw model access, or circumvent credit metering.

Your content and generated output

You retain the rights to the prompts and reference media you submit. Subject to these terms and the licence of the model you used, you own the output you generate and may use it commercially on a paid plan. Output generated on the free tier is for evaluation.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any reference media you upload, and for how you use generated output.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Models can be rate-limited or withdrawn by their vendors, and generation queues can lengthen under load.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowAIVideo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from content you generated or from a third-party model's behaviour. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect. We may suspend accounts that violate acceptable use. You may close your account at any time.
