What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name and, if you sign in with a third-party provider, the profile information that provider shares with us.
• Content you submit: prompts, reference images, video and audio, and generated output.
• Usage data: pages viewed, models used, credits spent and feature interactions.
• Technical data: browser, device type, approximate location derived from IP, and request logs.

How we use it

We use account data to operate your account and billing. We use submitted content to run the generation you asked for. We use usage and technical data to fix bugs, prevent abuse and work out which parts of the product are worth building next.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your prompts to train models.

Third-party model providers

Generation is performed by the vendor whose model you select. When you generate, your prompt and any reference media are transmitted to that vendor. Each vendor applies its own retention policy, which we surface on every model page as either zero data retention or third-party terms.

Models marked zero data retention are covered by agreements that prohibit the vendor from retaining your inputs. Models marked third-party are not. Check the model page before you submit anything confidential.

How long we keep things

Generated output stays in your account until you delete it. Prompts and reference media are retained for the life of the generation record so you can rerun a job. Usage and technical data are retained in aggregate form after the raw logs age out.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your account data at any time. Deleting your account removes your prompts, reference media and generated output from our systems, subject to any retention required by law or by an active billing obligation.

Children

FlowAIVideo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how your content is handled, notify you by email before it takes effect.
